Reduce depression in pregnant women with Yoga


Yoga can reduce depression in pregnant women and to strengthen ties, mothers researchers.

This is the first study to provide evidence that yoga can provide the attention an effective treatment for depressed mothers to be.

The pregnancy hormone is known to cause mood swings, depression, but one in five expectant mothers experience.
